Upper 3 feet bed (with ladder)，lower 3 feet bed over the window bay（height 21" from floor to mattress bottom, with drawers or doors），wardrobe depth 24"

Prices include design, measurement, re-measurement, drafting, factory-production, *delivery (see note) and installation, also include end finishing with edge sticks, excluding light and storage box in the picture.

Manual lifting over stairs (without elevator) is necessary for delivery to your premises.

Transporting of furniture to Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and outlying islands.

There are two material options available

1) Wooden parts made of MDF Board with polyester paint finish：Only HK$9590

2) Wooden parts made of plywood with wood veneer finish -tougher and more resistant to moisture than MDF board:Only HK$ 11430

We Never use Particle board (Shaving Board)
